Ms. Mattice has been in real estate for over four years. In those years, Brooke has held many roles that have given her a diverse understanding of the market, including brokerage, transaction management, underwriting, leasing, and property management. She started her real estate career at the largest multi-family investment company in San Francisco. There she was on the Leasing Team and was direct support to the leasing agents. This allowed her to learn the business from the income side and the importance of a strong, dependable tenant profile. In 2019, Brooke joined a top producing brokerage team whose sole focus was multi-family investment properties in the San Francisco/Bay Area market. Her team completed over 20 Multi-family transactions.
A competitor by nature, Brooke thoroughly enjoys the challenges in uncovering sound real estate investments for her clients while also negotiating the best price and terms when representing her clients in the market. While in the earlier years of her career, she has always prided herself on outworking everyone on the “court.” As a former Division II volleyball player, she learned early on the importance of putting in the time and repetitions. This discipline has transferred well to her real estate career, where there is a lot of grinding, a lot of digging, pavement pounding, just finding the needle in the haystack. This level of commitment is all she knows.
Brooke has been a resident of Burlingame for five years. She was drawn to the area because of the incredible location relative to San Francisco and the Silicon Valley and the unlimited opportunities. When she isn’t working, Brooke enjoys baking, traveling, golfing, skiing, fly fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Wyatt Cendak, a fourth-generation San Francisco native, is currently pursuing a major in accounting at City College of San Francisco with plans to transfer to California University in the near future. Introduced to real estate by family members who are prominent builders and contractors in San Francisco, Wyatt's upbringing in the Noe Valley/Mission district has provided him with a deep understanding and a unique perspective on the city's diverse neighborhoods and dynamics. This background gives him a strategic advantage in identifying emerging trends and determining the ideal areas for his clients.
Wyatt's journey into real estate began early, obtaining his realtor's license while still in high school. Following high school, he managed multiple drop shipping websites and traveled internationally before committing to higher education. Now, Wyatt is channeling his focus into acquiring comprehensive knowledge about real estate, aiming to maximize his value and establish himself as a distinguished realtor in the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area.
